Job Position: Logistic Specialist
Purpose of the job position: Maintain the flow of transportation and Raw materials
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare Shipping List report.
- Arrange transport for import, export and express.
- Mange DHL shipment and requests from other departments.
- Maintain reports of cost of normal shipment /express.
- Manage anagrafika of Raw materials.
- Management of auxiliary materials.
- Managing raw materials with negative balances.
- Prepare Scrap procedure.
- Coordinate warehouse.
- Registration and management of materials arrived damaged from Transport /Suppliers.
Competences – knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering fields.
- Minimum 2 years in planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing of electronic products.
- Knowledge of MRP systems, and commercial software for forecasting and demand management.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
- Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Hands on knowledge in production scheduling and relation to material supply and demand
- Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers – relationships and technical knowledge is a must.
- Hands on experience dealing with global freight forwarders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills & managerial experience.
- Demonstrated analytical ability in all aspect of Supply Chain function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must speak English very well.
