Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ DOE + bonus potential

Now, we’re looking for an ambitious litigator ready to take ownership of a PI practice and grow into high-value, media-covered cases involving catastrophic injury, product liability, and corporate misconduct.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery, depositions, and expert development.
• Argue motions and hearings in court.
• Strategize with senior litigators on multimillion-dollar cases.
• Participate in trial teams — and prepare to first-chair within 1–2 years.
• Manage your own PI docket with autonomy and firm support.

Who You Are

• Licensed in MD, DC, VA, MA, or NC.
• 3–7 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or complex civil work.
