We’re looking for an experienced Linux Systems Administrator with strong infrastructure skills and hands-on experience managing Linux environments.

Your Profile:- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Linux Systems Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong experience in the administration, configuration and maintenance of Linux systems
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat, Ubuntu, Debian or similar Linux distributions
- Strong knowledge of Linux command line and Bash scripting
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS and SSH
- Experience administering web servers, such as Apache or Nginx
- Good understanding of storage, filesystems, permissions, users and access management
- Experience implementing Linux security and hardening practices, including SELinux, AppArmor and firewall configuration
- Experience with backup, recovery and system maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of system logging and monitoring tools
- Experience with automation and configuration management, preferably using Ansible
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and production incidents
- Good understanding of high availability and system reliability concepts
- Ability to document technical procedures and follow infrastructure best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative and Agile environments
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies, such as VMware, KVM or Hyper-V
- Experience with Docker or containerised environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts
- Experience with Python or additional scripting languages
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL or MariaDB administration
- Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools
