Tener control de las 6M´s (Mano de Obra, Máquina, Material, Método Medición y Medio Ambiente), administrar y liderar a sus reportes directos asegurando un desempeño adecuado del personal en cada una de sus operaciones, también administra los procesos productivos enfocados al cumplimiento de las metas de los indicadores claves del negocio, por medio de la coordinación y dirección de actividades de los equipos de soporte y la mejora continua.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or Technical University Superior (Titulo y cedula de Licenciatura terminada / Tecnico Superior Universitario)
- Minimum 6 months experience in similar roles in the automotive industry
- Experience with manufacturing processes, preferably assembly and/or machining
- Knowledge of Pull System (Jalar) and lean manufacturing tools (5S, TWI, 7 wastes)
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5Whys, 6M)
- Familiarity with Core Tools and fundamental manufacturing tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Basic knowledge of SAP for inventory management
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standard
- Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001
- Familiarity with MAFACT and CTPAT requirements
- Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Ability with standardized work concepts: takt time, cycle time, time studies, SWI, WCT, error proofing
- Use of measurement instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges, dial indicators, stopwatch)
- Personnel management, time management, conflict resolution, effective communication, coaching skills
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo)
- English: Intermediate-Advanced (approx. 80%) conversational and written
- Customer-specific requirements knowledge (per applicable project)
