Role: Lead STIBO MDM Developer
Location: Houston, TX-Onsite
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Data Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.
- Data Management: Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.
Required Skills & Experience
- Stibo STEP: Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.
- MDM/PIM Concepts: A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams.
- Data Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.
- Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Desirable Qualifications
- Stibo Certification: A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage.
- Client Interaction: Experience in guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements.
