The Lead Security Analyst should work as a technical SME/Lead for MS PKI, DigiCert, Venafi solutions. Key delivery outcomes expected from this role are:

· Support the team mission to maintain a record of zero incidents related to cert expiration events.

· Work closely with Cert LCM / PKI engineering team to patch, upgrade, remediate, validate Cert LCM / PKI applications and infrastructure

· Work closely with Cert LCM / PKI engineering team to identify opportunities for improved automation, stability, scalability, efficiency.

· Monitor and ensure stability of production and non-production Cert LCM / PKI applications and infrastructure

· Respond to Certificate and PKI related incident tickets within established SLAs

· Fulfill service requests related to renewal or issuance of certificates within established SLAs, guiding requestors towards automated processes where possible

· Experience working with Venafi Trust Protection Platform, Microsoft ADCS, DigiCert CertCentral and DigiCert One

· Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.

· Cross-skilling, Up-skilling in other services particularly CyberArk under the scope of the IAM operations team Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual repetitive tasks, Support Program, Project status updates with respect to the PKI, LCM operations workstream.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

· 8-12 years of experience in implementation & operations support leveraging MS PKI, Microsoft ADCS, Venafi Trust Protection Platform, DigiCert CertCentral and DigiCert One

· Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy

· Team collaboration, Effective communication

Technical Skills:

· Hands-on implementation & operations support experience in MS PKI, Microsoft ADCS, Venafi Trust Protection Platform, DigiCert CertCentral and DigiCert One.

Preferred Qualifications

· Hands-on implementation & operations support experience in MS PKI, Microsoft ADCS, Venafi Trust Protection Platform, DigiCert CertCentral and DigiCert One.

Skills Required

8-12 years of implementation and operations support experience with MS PKI, Microsoft ADCS, Venafi Trust Protection Platform, DigiCert CertCentral, and DigiCert One
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting MS PKI, Microsoft ADCS, Venafi Trust Protection Platform, DigiCert CertCentral, and DigiCert One
Ability to work in rotating shifts according to the roster strategy
Team collaboration and effective communication skills
Hands-on implementation and operations support experience with the listed PKI and certificate lifecycle platforms
