About the Role 

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team in Lithuania, Finland or Hungary.  

In this role, you will play a key part in the efficient and high-quality delivery of Digital Life services to customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will span efficacy testing, network analysis, change deployment, big-data analysis, and making informed, data-driven decisions. 

In This Role, You Will: 

  • Design and create big data-driven reports, queries, and dashboards. 
  • Collect and analyse network data, providing insights into the latest trends, threats, and technologies. 
  • Execute change deployments to customers, ensuring smooth and high-quality rollouts. 
  • Collaborate with Quality and Software Engineers to create, improve, and maintain tooling and feature-specific services. 
  • Perform research activities to solve problems and drive continuous improvement across the team. 
  • Collaborate with CUJO AI leadership in improving analytics ways of working and processes. 
  • Impact product design decisions with insightful data. 
Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in data analysis and proficiency in relevant tools and languages (ex: Python, SQL, ...). 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Can-do attitude with strong inclination towards automation of routine work. 
  • Familiarity with big-data analysis techniques and experience working with large datasets.  
  • Hands-on experience in deploying changes, updates, and enhancements to systems. 
  • Good skills for report writing and presenting findings. 
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools to support one’s own work. 
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate  information with attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Capability to contribute to the team ways of working, introducing or improving existing processes. 
  • Mentoring team-members and colleagues.

The compensation package is from 4500 EUR to 5000 EUR (gross), depending on your experience. We are focused on finding the right person for this role and are open to discussing salary expectations based on your skills, competencies, and experience.
