Working autonomously across time zones with Growth, Product, and US-based teams, you'll be responsible for driving renewals, expansions, and long-term account planning while managing day-to-day relationships and performance. This is a senior, high-impact GTM role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at both the "hunter and gatherer" aspects of post-sales growth, and is excited to help build our client's European presence from the ground up. You'll lead strategic planning, own commercial outcomes, and work closely with a supporting Account Manager to execute on platform expertise and reporting.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end account strategy for a portfolio of European enterprise customers, serving as the primary deal owner and strategic partner
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging a hunter-gatherer mindset to identify new growth vectors
  • Develop and execute long-term account plans that align client objectives with our product capabilities and business goals
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across France, UK, Germany, and other European markets
  • Operate autonomously across time zones, managing ambiguity and making strategic decisions without constant oversight
  • Partner with and guide a Senior Account Manager who will support you on day-to-day execution, platform expertise, and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development roles, with a proven track record of driving growth in existing accounts
  • Native or fluent English speaker (written and spoken)
  • Digital space expertise – strong understanding of digital advertising, platforms (e.g., Amazon, Google), or data management provider ecosystems
  • Hunter-gatherer mindset – demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities, close deals, and drive post-sales revenue growth
  • Autonomous operator – proven success working independently, managing ambiguity, and making strategic decisions without close oversight
  • Director-level strategic thinking – ability to develop account strategies, lead commercial negotiations, and build executive relationships
  • Strong communication skills – capable of influencing stakeholders, presenting to C-level clients, and collaborating across international teams

In return, they offer

  • A remote-first role with flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK or Europe
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and market rates
  • The opportunity to join early in the European expansion, with high visibility and impact
  • Exposure to a fast-growing, US-based tech company working with large brands and enterprises
