Responsibilities
- Deliver detailed UX flows, screen designs, and interaction specifications across platform surfaces and game modules
- Produce build-ready assets and design documentation for the engineering team
- Work within and extend the established design system, ensuring consistency across all surfaces
- Partner closely with the Game Engineer and Front End Engineer to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and performantly
- Adapt designs for cross-device compatibility within the client's app experience
- Leverage AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate production and iteration
- Participate in sprint reviews and QA to validate design fidelity in the live build
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing production-ready digital or game experiences
- Strong portfolio of shipped consumer-facing product design (web or mobile)
- Experience delivering production design in an agile, sprint-based environment
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working in AI-forward design workflows
- Comfortable working within an existing design direction set by a senior designer
- Experience designing for games, gamification, or engagement-driven products is a plus
- English proficiency B2 or higher
