- Highly technical – able to supervise, train, and build up junior members with no experience in Kronos SDM, configuration, maintenance, and complex Labor Level schemas.
- Highly interactive – able to supervise others’ work, able to interact pleasantly with end-user communities, able to engage sr management on regular basis with little communication gaps.
- Highly available – able to travel on short notice and possibly for multiple multi-week engagements, sometimes consecutive engagements.

Skills Required

- Ability to travel on short notice for multiple multi-week on-site engagements, sometimes consecutive
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, or TN Visa)
