WHERE YOU FIT IN | The Whiteshield Khaleej Policy Leaders Program is designed for UAE National Leaders with strong motivation to impact the future of the region. It offers a unique opportunity to develop and further enhance public policy skillset. This program is open for final year students, recent graduates and also experienced professionals. It ranges from 3 months engagement to permanent employment and applications are considered on an ongoing basis.

Selected participants will join the Whiteshield Partners team to work with government authorities on multiple ambitious projects of regional transformation. Alumni of the Khaleej Policy Leaders Program will develop leadership skills and acquire practical knowledge to impact the present and future of the region.

PREFERED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE |

• Degree in Management / Economics / Public Policy / International Relations / International Business / Strategy / Mathematics / Development Studies / Business Administration.
• Experience in a Consulting Firm or Business Environment or previous Consulting experience gained through a project, firm or business environment.
