A Day in the Life:- Responsible for the operational management of key national accounts, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.
- Formulate annual, quarterly business plans for clients based on the company’s business strategy and product policies.
- Analyze client needs, provide customized solutions, explore potential collaboration opportunities, and drive the implementation of new products and projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners (regional sales teams, marketing, business planning, finance, supply chain, external suppliers, etc.), follow up and drive project progress to ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor and analyze client sales data, inventory turnover, etc., and adjust strategies in a timely manner to improve performance. Regularly prepare client business reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive information.
- Development of incentive campaigns with customers and partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prefer a Master's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, or related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Above 5 years of experience in Key account management in fast-moving consumer goods industry (FMCG) industry (preference of food/beverages/alcoholic drinks or daily chemicals).
- Additional Experience Desired: Above 5 years of experience in sales in retail, wholesaler, and distributor environment.
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Basic English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) preferred. Familiar with the operational model of key account channels (focus of convenience stores or supermarket
channel).
