In this role, you will help our clients gain full value from Cube’s market data and insights solutions.
As a Key Account Analyst, you will support one of Cube’s largest global clients, a leading consumer goods company. Working closely with the Key Account Manager and internal teams, you will analyze data, prepare client-ready insights, coordinate deliverables, and respond to client requests across multiple markets and functions.
Success in this role will depend on your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders. You will take ownership of assigned analyses and deliverables while helping ensure that our work is accurate, timely, and relevant to the client’s business needs. This role offers strong exposure to global account management and the opportunity to grow within Cube’s Account Management team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager in serving client stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and communicating updates on deliverables, new features, and other relevant topics
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to track deadlines and ensure that client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Develop strong expertise in the reports and deliverables Cube provides, as well as Cube’s broader e-commerce market data and insights capabilities, to effectively support client needs
- Analyze data and prepare clear, client-ready reports, presentations, and insights that support business discussions and decision-making
- Gather requests and feedback from client stakeholders, document requirements clearly, and communicate them to the relevant product, data, and internal teams
- Help maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive, reliable, and high-quality support
Requirements
- Demonstrated client service and/or account management experience, ideally from a market research or business strategy context
- 2-4 years of professional working experience, ideally in client service, account support, market research, data analytics, consulting, or business strategy
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are a requirement; you will primarily be interacting with clients both and outside Thailand
- Strong quantitative skills and high confidence in working with numbers and data are a requirement; Cube’s insights are powered by large-volume quantitative data sets, which you will need to gain confidence in analyzing
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to continuously improve ways of working and internal processes
- Experience in e-commerce is not a requirement but a big plus
Skills Required
- Demonstrated client service or account management experience, ideally in market research or business strategy
- 2–4 years of professional work experience in client service, account support, market research, data analytics, consulting, or business strategy
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong quantitative skills and confidence working with numbers and data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
