Own the full sales process, from developing strategy to closing, in order to achieve your goals.
Maintain a strong pipeline, logging all activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
Achieve business goals and targets, managing OKRs, KPIs, and ARR.
Meet regularly with your manager to review status and plan next steps, growing from daily task-setting into full autonomy over time.
Manage renewals for existing school licenses to ensure continued satisfaction and adoption, while prioritizing new business growth.
Travel within Florida and surrounding states to conferences and meetings up to 50% of the time.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of the school sales cycle and educational purchasing system in your region.
Passion for sales, supporting students and educators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and function well in a high-paced, at times stressful, environment.
Persistence and grit: you don't give up until you get what you want, and you adapt flexibly to new strategies.
Self-motivated: you can stay on-task while working alone, and you're a team player who looks for ways to learn from and help teammates.

Unintimidated by new technology and quick to pick up new skills.
