Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant/Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting in the day-to-day management of corporate real estate projects across the Belgium region. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning through design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

This role offers exceptional exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, clients, and industries, providing an excellent platform for career development. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and industry specialists, you will receive the support, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to grow your project management capabilities while contributing to high-profile real estate projects across Belgium.
- Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent commercial real estate projects.
- Coordinating day-to-day project activities and contractor operations.
- Monitor project progress against programme, identifying and escalating risks, issues and potential delays.
- Assist with project reporting, documentation, programme updates and performance tracking.
- Support the identification and management of project changes, Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, contractors, designers and the wider project team.
- Commercial: Supporting fee, budget, forecasting, invoicing, variations, change orders and commercial reporting.
- Keeping projects moving: Coordinating resources, schedules, deliverables and project information across multiple teams.
- Working with clients: Building strong relationships and communicating clearly on project, programme and commercial matters.
- Managing risk: Identifying potential issues early and helping teams resolve them before they become problems.
- Degree in a relevant field, i.e., construction, engineering, architecture.
- Fluent in English is a must with Dutch and French being desired
