Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Junior IT Support Analyst. The role involves providing technical support, resolving IT issues, troubleshooting, monitoring systems, and assisting end-users. The Junior IT Support Analyst will ensure that IT infrastructure and systems run smoothly while maintaining effective communication and documentation.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address IT-related issues efficiently
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and resolve technical problems
Knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in an IT support role is an advantage
