The Role
We're seeking a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team and contribute to the AcoMono project. You'll develop both backend and frontend features, grow your skills in a supportive environment, and help build scalable systems serving millions of merchants.

Requirements
Backend Development
- Implement backend features using TypeScript and Node.js under guidance
- Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
- Build and optimize PostgreSQL queries with senior engineer support
- Contribute to API development and documentation
- Write unit tests using Jest for your code
Frontend Development
- Contribute to React components using TypeScript
- Work with Vite build tooling and modern frontend practices
- Implement features designed by the team
- Ensure UI-backend integration works smoothly
- Learn state management and data fetching patterns
Learning & Collaboration
- Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
- Ask questions and seek mentorship from senior engineers
- Attend technical discussions and architecture sessions
- Contribute to improving documentation and code quality
- Collaborate with team members on feature delivery
Requirements
Must Have:
- Strong foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Basic understanding of React or similar frontend framework
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Git basics and version control understanding
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Node.js or backend development
- Knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP concepts
- Exposure to Docker or containerization
- Understanding of testing and test-driven development
- Experience with Agile workflows
- Personal projects on GitHub showcasing your work
