We are seeking an accountable, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join Perpay’s Finance & Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business trends, preparing financial models, maintaining the general ledger, and providing insights to support our strategic financial decisions. This role requires strong quantitative skills along with the ability to distill complex information and communicate it effectively. As a key contributor to this team, you will work closely with our Accounting and Analytics functions to strategize and report on various business initiatives, metrics, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:- Provide support in the financial modeling of our existing operations and key initiatives
- Own and drive various strategic ad hoc projects and analyses while partnering closely with Analytics, Risk, Marketing, and Operations
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger and preparation of the financial statements
- Own and champion process improvement efforts to streamline financial planning and budget management procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field having graduated in 2024, 2025, or graduating in 2026
- Excel proficiency (e.g. core functions & formatting, lookup & analysis tools, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A winning mentality and willingness to go the extra step to get the job done right
