JOB SUMMARY
Wissen Technology is hiring a Junior Executive – BizOps professional to support business operations, vendor governance, workforce administration, reporting, and procurement processes. The role focuses on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, contract lifecycle support, timesheet governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient business operations.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
- Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and dashboard creation (3+ years)
- Experience managing Task Orders, Statements of Work (SOW), Change Orders, MSA, and NDA documentation
- Hands-on experience with Beeline for contingent workforce management and vendor operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass for procurement and workforce administration
- Analytical reporting and MIS reporting with actionable business insights
- Timesheet management and coordination across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and operational coordination skills
Optional Skills (Good to Have)
- Procurement operations and vendor onboarding processes
- Power BI or Tableau reporting tools
- Knowledge of workforce compliance and audit requirements
- Contract lifecycle management systems
- Process improvement and automation initiatives
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: BE/BTech/BBA/BCom/MBA or related discipline
- Leadership: Ability to support and guide operational activities across teams
- Ownership: Ability to manage end-to-end operational tasks independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and business metrics using Excel
- Manage Task Orders, SOWs, Change Orders, MSAs, and NDAs throughout the documentation lifecycle
- Support vendor management activities through Beeline and Fieldglass platforms
- Coordinate timesheet tracking, validation, and closure with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor operational compliance and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide analytical insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, HR, and business teams to support business operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high-quality operational standards
