Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of embedded Linux developers.
- Design and implement embedded Linux software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded solutions.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in embedded Linux technologies.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- year of hands-on embedded development experience in C and C++.
- Proven Fast Learner & Adaptability: Ability to quickly dive into an existing, complex codebase, understand the architecture, and become productive.
- Development & Integration Capabilities: Practical experience developing and debugging software across MCU environments (STM32, ESP32, Cortex-M / RTOS) and/or Embedded Linux User-Space.
- Engineering Excellence & Ownership: High standards for code quality, strong sense of ownership, and a track record of delivering reliable software on schedule.
- Teamwork & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate closely with team members, System Engineering, Hardware, and Integration teams.
Advantages (Nice to Have):
- Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS / ROS 2.
- Practical experience with standard serial protocols and diagnostics tools (CAN bus, UART, SPI, I2C, gdb, Wireshark, candump).
- Scripting capabilities in Python for internal test automation
Skills Required
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on embedded development experience in C and C++
