Are you ready to combine your financial expertise with strategic impact? As Junior Business Controller at Eurofiber, you’ll play a key role in steering investments in our network and IT systems, monitoring project delivery, and ensuring cost control for sold projects. Your insights will drive segment-wide analyses and projects that support Eurofiber’s strategic objectives across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

What will you do?

In this role, you report to the Group Business Controller Operations and work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic Planning: Develop multi-year business plans, budgets, and investment plans for operational units based on historical data, expense projections, and performance trends.
• Financial Analysis: Contribute to analyses on topics of strategic importance for EF Operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze variances from budget, identify trends, and forecast annual costs and investments.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly performance review reports on OPEX, Cost of Sales, and investments.
• Forecasting: Support the Group Business Controller Operations with performance reports and forecasts.
• Project Control: Monitor costs and investments for key projects.

• A monthly salary between € 5.011 and € 5.895 depending on work experience, plus health-insurance allowance, bonus, 13th-month payment, and a solid pension plan.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Business or Financial Controller.
• Analytical mindset: you love digging into data and improving insights.
• Proactive and hands-on: you grab hold of challenges and don’t let go until they’re solved.
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint (Thinkcell is a plus).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of the telecom sector? That’s a big plus.
