Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
- Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
- Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY)
- Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
- Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling MUST
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships
- Expertise within recruiting tools and technologies
- Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support
- Experience within Human Resources preferred
- Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)
- Able to work remotely
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
