- Strong Microsoft Access skills.
- Considerable knowledge of database theory including SQL, relational hierarchical databases.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, and user defined functions.

- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
- Ability to work well with a variety of people.
- Good management, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and work cooperatively with a variety of people and under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Experienced in interacting with business users and be able to translate business requirement into technical specifications.
- Working Knowledge of SharePoint for website, team sites and intranet updates.
- Experience in VB.net and C#
- Experience with Team foundation server (TFS)
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
