Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking experienced Java / Spring Boot Engineers to join our technology talent pool and support enterprise application development and resource-augmentation engagements.

The ideal candidates will have experience developing secure, scalable and high-performance applications, particularly in banking, fintech, telecom, insurance or other enterprise environments.

Mid-Level Java / Spring Boot Engineer: 3–5 Years
Senior Java / Spring Boot Engineer: 5–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Build secure backend services for high-volume and transaction-oriented applications.
Work with Spring Boot, Spring Security and Hibernate/JPA.
Design and implement database interactions using Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or equivalent.
Integrate internal systems and third-party services.
Implement authentication, authorization and secure API access.
Develop transaction-processing and business-logic components.
Implement logging, monitoring and audit mechanisms.
Optimize application performance and resource utilization.
Write unit and integration tests.
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Troubleshoot application and production issues.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, Product and Business teams.

Senior-Level Expectations

Lead technical design and implementation of complex services.
Contribute to microservices and application architecture.
Review code and enforce development standards.
Mentor Mid-Level and Junior engineers.
Support technical estimation and solution design.
Resolve complex production and integration issues.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
3–8 years of relevant Java development experience.
Strong Java 8+ and Spring Boot expertise.
Strong REST API and microservices experience.
Good SQL and relational database knowledge.
Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Good Git and Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Preferred Skills

Experience in banking, fintech, payment platforms, telecom or high-volume transaction systems will be highly valued.
