- At least 11 years of experience with Java/J2EE Stack Technologies
- At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks (Preferably – Spring, Hibernate, Micro Services)
- At least 2 years of experience in JBoss Fuse, Apache Service Mix (Camel, CXF, MQ)
- At least 2 years experience in SOA based process applications using BPM (ActiveVOS/JBPM/PEGA/Camunda)
- At least 5 years experience in Java Web services, JMS and other middleware technologies
- At least 4 years of experience in defining new architectures and driving an independent project from an architectural stand point
- At least 3 years of experience in defining technology solutions for Telecom domain to solve business/ IT problem
- Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services
- Understanding of market and technology trends
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in Telecom domain
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel..
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of work experience in Information Technology.

Skills Required
