Key Responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management for the MDs including client meetings, dinners, internal calls and logistical arrangements such as room bookings and video conferences
- Booking international business travel, including flights, transfers and accommodation as well as handling travel documentation as necessary
- Inbox management as required by bankers
- Expense processing through Concur for the team to include junior bankers late working meals and taxis
- Maintaining the Jefferies in-house CRM system
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Fostering key relationships with staff across the firm
- Highly motivated and proactive, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, thinking innovatively using their initiative
