Reporting to our Head of Administration, this role will be responsible for all internal IT support for the Sandbox VR Corporate teams

What You'll Do:

  • Tier 1 Helpdesk: Provide in-office systems troubleshooting for Hong Kong team, and build guides that solve for FAQs for the future.
  • Security: Ensure security of local devices both from theft and network intrusions using our internal software and anti-virus.
  • Hardware: Ensure hardware for HK office is ordered, properly configured, and assigned to the team members.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate counts of all important equipment in our HK office, ensuring nothing is lost.
  • Software Management: Manage the company's 3rd party software, ensuring correct configurations, user access, and competitive pricing.
  • Meeting Room Support: Ensure all meeting room technology and software are appropriately maintained, including video and audio.
  • Office Physical Security: Manage HK office security systems, office keycard systems, and printer security.
  • Project Management: As the organization scales, this role will participate in projects to further develop the Sandbox internal IT infrastructure.

Working in the Accounting Department did not limit me just paying invoices. I had the opportunity to lend a hand to other departments, and learn what goes on behind the scenes in Marketing, Construction, Operations, and others. I am a working mother. Work-life balance is essential to me. My working hours on weekdays are eight hours, and I have no problem leaving the office on time.
