IT Project Manager

Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop and track project schedule and budget, and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed. Accountable that assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and to mutually agreed upon customer specification and level of quality. Serve as liaison between project team members, management, IT suppliers, external consultants, and the business. Deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution, effective communication, and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities:
o Lead multiple IT Infrastructure projects simultaneously with responsibilities across a number of regions, organizations, vendors, and applications/interfaces.
o Lead project team including technical and non-technical staff in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
o Develop, define, and execute project plan, scope and deliverables. Participate in decisions that impact or change project scope.
o Identify and track issues, assess impact, and execute timely resolution.
o Ensure effective integration management throughout the life cycle of projects.
o Conduct project status sessions with representatives from any or all department involved in the project.
o Accountable for identifying & tracking risks, assessing impact, and executing mitigation plans.
o Prepare periodic reports on project health including project status, risks & mitigation plans, and issues & resolution plans.
o Serves as customer liaison and principle contact for project-related activity.
o Lead resource management process including selection or participate in the selection available and appropriate resources for the project team
o Develop requirements for end-user training plans

Required:

o Bachelor's Degree
o 8 - 10 years of relevant experience 
o Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite
o Experience using Waterfall and Agile methods
