IT Project Manager
Local - Dallas based Candidates Only
Lake Shore Associates is looking for experienced IT leads who thrive in complex, transformation environments. We are seeking IT leads with proven divestiture, separation, and Transition Services Agreement (TSA) experience to lead the integrated execution of a major business separation.
The Skills You Bring
· Lead the IT workstream across the divestiture, separation, and TSA lifecycle.
· Develop and manage the integrated IT workstream plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
· Assess technology impacts across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, networks, integrations, and end-user technology.
· Coordinate application, infrastructure, data, security, and vendor separation activities.
· Identify and manage IT risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
· Partner with business and functional workstream leads to ensure technology requirements are aligned with operational needs.
· Coordinate internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and service providers.
· Prepare status reporting, executive updates, and recommendations for program leadership.
The Expertise You Have
· At least 8 years of IT Project Management experience is required.
· Experience with TSA definition, transition, stabilization, and exit activities.
· Experience supporting global or multi-geography transformations.
· Experience coordinating across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, networks, and vendors.
· Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, issues, and competing priorities.
· Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
