Job DescriptionPosition: IT Project Manager/Analyst
Location: Lincoln, NE
Duration: 2 years
Requirements:
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical degree in Computer Science/Web development (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ year’s web development experience).
Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in managing projects/software development utilizing Agile.
Minimum 5 years web development experience.
Perform analysis and document process flows.
Capture business requirements and assist with design and development.
Perform or assist with programming and testing as needed.
Experience with Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, MVC.
Experience with XML and XSD Schemas (Altova XMLSpy or oXygen XML Developer is a plus).
Experience with Web Services and Windows Services.
Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL required
Experience using DB2 Z/OS.
Experience with COBOL.
Experience using Entity Framework (Version 6.n is a plus.)
Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, front end development.
Familiarity with User Experience Design (UX).
Familiarity with Responsive Design Patterns.
Must be able to perform Process Flow Analysis of existing systems/applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must work onsite.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Preferences:
Experience with all aspects of project management.
Experience with training Developers is a plus.
Experience with SSRS reports is preferred, but not required.
Project Management certification desired, but not required.
Experience supporting Highway Safety / Traffic Safety systems is a major plus.
