*This is a hybrid opportunity based in Oakville, Ontario. This position is required to work onsite 1-2x per week or as needed. The position is 40 hours per week and the position duration is estimated to be now through January 2025.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities• IT Helpdesk Ticket Support• In office asset inventory• In office/Remote Endpoint Maintenance and health checks• Corporate Object Audits• Device Compliance
Minimum Skills and Qualifications• Ability to work 40 hours/week with at least one on-site day per week at our Oakville office. • Personable and patient • Great attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Currently pursuing further education in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent• Excellent communication skills • Fundamental understanding of modern computing • Fundamental understanding of home networking
Preferred Skills and Qualifications• Experience in all aspects of use, installation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, MacOS, and other operating systems• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and related components such as DNS and DHCP
