Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Operations professional who can independently do technical manage & audit the organization's end-to-end IT infrastructure, including, networking, security, cloud, backup/DR and ITSM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & Audit Windows & Linux Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, patching and backups.
- Administer, troubleshoot & audit LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPNs and Load Balancers.
- Manage & audit VMware/Hyper-V and enterprise virtualization environments.
- Administer/support/audit Cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Monitor, Manage and audit SIEM, EDR, DLP and MDM solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge on infrastructure incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, change management and problem management.
- Manage & audit BCP/DR, backup, DR drills, RTO/RPO and recovery activities.
- Follow ITIL/ITSM processes and manage IT infrastructure SLAs.
- Support vulnerability remediation, infrastructure security, audits and compliance requirements.
- Manage vendors, OEMs and infrastructure support partners.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, asset inventory and architecture diagrams.
- Explore AI/automation opportunities for IT Operations.

Ideal Candidate
A technically strong hands-on IT Infrastructure professional who can take ownership of infrastructure operations end-to-end, troubleshoot critical issues, manage security technologies, and ensure Audit security, availability, and continuity of IT services.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience managing and auditing Windows and Linux servers
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, patching, and backups
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization environments
- Experience administering or auditing Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud infrastructure
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, and MDM solutions
- Knowledge of infrastructure incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, change management, and problem management
- Experience with BCP/DR, backup management, disaster recovery drills, RTO/RPO, and recovery activities
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and infrastructure SLAs
