We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and the ability to bridge business objectives with technology solutions.

Your Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process modelling (BPMN or similar)
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is valued
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting or Business Intelligence tools is a plus
- Fluency in English

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
- In-depth understanding of business processes and principles
- Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
- Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes
- Strong documentation skills to produce clear business and technical documentation
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Fluent in English
