Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the BAU vendor security review work;

• Document process /data flow diagrams in Visio;

• Identify key risks;

• Identify key controls;

• Carry out test of design (TOD)

• Carry out test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE);

• Report gaps and track remediation.

Top 3+1 Skills:

1. IT Audit Experience – Experience carrying out IT audits /risk reviews, with sound understanding of how to correctly identify IT /IS Risks and assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT /IS Controls.

2. IT General Computer Controls /Entity Level Controls – Solid understanding of COBIT, COSO based controls.

3. Business Engagement Skills (Email Writing & Phone Etiquette) – The role will involve emails and phone calls with senior business stakeholders across the bank, so it is essential the candidate can write professional emails (English) and possess professional phone etiquette.

4. Visio Process Flow Documentation Experience – Experience in Visio, documenting process flow diagrams would be advantageous. 1/3rd of the resources with Visio skills would be acceptable.
