Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Internet Sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of sales goals.
• Drive online leads and maximize profit by managing the dealership’s website, digital advertising, and CRM systems.
• Train and support internet sales representatives, ensuring they have a strong understanding of products, services, and sales techniques.
• Set and monitor monthly and annual department goals in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Optimize online inventory listings and update website content to attract and retain customers.
• Execute online marketing campaigns and promotions to increase visibility and generate high-quality leads.
• Monitor and respond to all internet leads daily with urgency and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating a robust referral network.
• Assist sales representatives in closing deals and structuring deals to maximize profitability.
• Work with manufacturer and vendor representatives to align online strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with dealership policies and reflect a positive dealership image.

Qualifications:

• Mercedes Benz experience preferred  
• Automotive industry experience required, with a proven track record in internet sales or digital retail management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, internet lead management, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of the online car-buying journey and how to optimize it.
• High level of comfort with digital tools, Microsoft Office, and phone communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
