Intern - Network Administrator
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Duration: 6 Months
Job Purpose:As a Network Administrator Intern, you will assist in maintaining the computing environment by identifying network requirements, installing upgrades, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting issues. This internship offers hands-on experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure and exposure to real-world network management.
Key Responsibilities:- Network Support: Assist in installing and maintaining LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, and intranet systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor network connectivity and performance to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
- Network Security: Assist in securing the network by developing access controls and monitoring network activities, Maintaining Firewall policy
- System Maintenance: Maintain network servers (e.g., file servers, VPN gateways) and individual machine settings, including printers and personal computers.
- Upgrades and Documentation: Assist in upgrading network components and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: UG - Any Graduate (Any Specialization) or Diploma (Any Specialization)
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ (added advantage)
- Skills:Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN management
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for networking
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
