About AmplifyMD

There are thousands of small, rural, and underserved hospitals and medical facilities in the U.S. that don't, or can't, staff all clinical lines, especially non-procedure based services like neurology, psychiatry, ID, pulmonology, non-invasive cardiology, hematology/oncology, nephrology, etc. This can be for lack of volume, lack of funds, or both. This hurts both patients (by all too often requiring them to transfer from their home community or miss out on needed care) and the facilities themselves (by hitting their bottom line with the loss of $1000s in patient DRG fees and all ancillary downstream revenues from unnecessary transfers, or with costly and unnecessary readmissions from incorrect diagnoses).

AmplifyMD allows hospitals to bridge the specialty care access gap by solving all the logistical, technical, and legal hurdles to practicing specialty inpatient telemedicine. Through our simple yet powerful hardware-agnostic software platform partnered with our multi-specialty physician network, we are fixing the medical access issues hurting patients and hospitals around the country, bringing costs down, patient care & quality metrics up, and recapturing lost revenues and profits as we do it.

About the Role

The mission of the Integration Analyst is to create seamless, reliable, and scalable interoperability between the AmplifyMD platform and our clients’ Electronic Health Records (EHRs), imaging platforms, clinical communication systems, and operational workflows.

As a core member of the Customer Success organization, you will guide health systems through the technical implementation journey from post-sale onboarding through long-term partnership and optimization. You will serve as the primary technical advisor for integrations, ensuring deployments are delivered with a high standard of quality, security, and operational excellence.

This role combines technical execution, project leadership, customer partnership, and process innovation. You will own end-to-end integration delivery across multiple concurrent implementations, working closely with customer IT teams, clinical stakeholders, product engineering and customer success.

The ideal candidate is energized by solving complex interoperability challenges, building trusted relationships with healthcare organizations, and improving how technology supports clinical care delivery at scale.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Client Implementations & Technical Leadership
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer implementations, delivering a consultative and white-glove experience throughout the deployment lifecycle
    • Lead end-to-end integration delivery for multiple concurrent customer deployments, from discovery and technical planning through validation, testing, go-live, and post-launch optimization
    • Partner closely with customer IT, clinical informatics, security, and operations teams to design integration strategies aligned with organizational workflows and goals
    • Drive proactive communication, risk management, issue resolution, and timeline coordination across internal and external stakeholders
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Support escalation management and troubleshooting efforts during implementation and production support activities regarding system integrations
  • Healthcare Interoperability & Technical Execution
    • Design, configure, test, and validate integrations leveraging healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7v2, DICOM, REST APIs, and secure file transfer protocols
    • Develop deep understanding of customer clinical workflows and map data effectively between health system systems and the AmplifyMD platform
    • Configure and validate integration workflows with major EHRs and clinical platforms including Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, athenahealth, imaging systems, and identity management systems
    • Support authentication, user provisioning, context sharing, scheduling, documentation, and clinical data exchange workflows
    • Troubleshoot integration issues across application, network, workflow, and interoperability layers
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify product enhancements, improve integration scalability, and reduce implementation complexity
  • Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
    • Continuously improve implementation methodologies, tooling, documentation, and operational processes to accelerate deployment timelines and improve customer outcomes
    • Create and maintain detailed integration documentation including interface specifications, workflow diagrams, testing plans, runbooks, and SOPs
    • Identify repeatable integration patterns and contribute to scalable implementation frameworks and reusable tooling
    • Help define and operationalize integration best practices as AmplifyMD continues to scale
    • Contribute to internal enablement efforts by sharing technical expertise, lessons learned, and implementation insights across teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Product Engineering to scope and prioritize new integration capabilities and platform enhancements
    • Provide customer-informed feedback that influences roadmap prioritization and interoperability strategy
    • Collaborate with Sales,  Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, and support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
    • Participate in strategic customer discussions related to interoperability, workflow optimization, and platform expansion
  • Meet specific KPIs as defined by leadership
  • Perform other duties, as requested and/or assigned.
