- Experience with IBM ACE and Instana middleware
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Knowledge of APIs and TCP/IP and HTTP protocols
- Experience with network infrastructure and F5 Load Balancers
- Systems administration and server experience
- Oracle database experience
- Ability to work onsite every day during core hours, with occasional overtime, shift, or weekend work
