Title: Informatica Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Long Term – 3 years
Note: Candidates needs to be Local to Atlanta, GA or Near by states. In-person interview required
Experience required: 5-7 years We are looking for an Informatica Support with experience using best practices to design and develop Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows (ETL) and reports.
A solid understanding of PowerCenter 9.1 is essential for this position as well as a proven ability to work quickly and independently and to provide professional consulting service to customer.
• Strong knowledge in Informatica application development and performance tuning.
• Have full life cycle Informatica projects’ experiences on large scale data warehouse.
• Have the ability to do the requirement gathering and preparing the ETL spec for developers. • Exposure to data modeling tools like ERWIN, Visio, Toad designer etc.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle 9/11g, MS Access, Excel, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, SAS and BI tools;
• Familiar with BI reporting tools such as Cognos, OBIEE. • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) • Skilled in UNIX environment, able to write UNIX scripts.
• Very strong trouble shooting and problem management skills
