We’re looking for a German & English speaking Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Relationships team in Berlin on a 6-month fixed-term contract.


The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, collaborative collective of influencer and advocate specialists delivering culturally relevant, social-first work for some of the world’s most exciting brands. Based within our growing Berlin team, you’ll work closely with specialists across Accounts, Strategy, Creative, Insights and Production to bring impactful influencer campaigns to life.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is deeply plugged into social culture, and loves building meaningful relationships with creators, talent partners and clients alike.


You’ll play a key role in managing influencer partnerships across a range of campaigns - from influencer identification and outreach through to activations, reporting and strategic recommendations - helping deliver best-in-class influencer and advocacy work across the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of influencer activations across multiple campaigns and clients
  • Lead influencer outreach, relationship management, negotiations, contracting and payment processes
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, reporting and status updates internally and externally
  • Keep clients informed on campaign progress, performance and key milestones
  • Use 1000heads’ research methodologies and tools to identify culturally relevant influencers and creators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, agents and creator networks across social platforms
  • Support the development of influencer strategies and campaign recommendations
  • Contribute social-first ideas for campaigns, launches and activations that resonate culturally and socially
  • Track campaign KPIs and support reporting and insight development
  • Present trends, influencer learnings and campaign results to internal teams and clients
  • Help improve internal processes, templates and ways of working to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Stay on top of platform updates, creator trends and wider social culture to inform work and inspire ideas
  • Support the creation of client-facing materials, presentations and pitch responses

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Experience working within influencer marketing, social media or creator partnerships, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of influencer and creator culture across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience managing campaigns or projects from brief through to execution and reporting
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and talent
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Strong presentation and deck-building skills

  • Existing relationships with German influencers, creators or talent agencies
  • Experience using influencer marketing and social listening tools
  • Knowledge of paid amplification and influencer boosting best practices
  • Experience working across global or multi-market campaigns
  • Understanding of social reporting, analytics and performance measurement
