About the roleWe're hiring an Influencer Marketer to recruit and manage creators who make content about Reacher. You will find YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Shop creators and industry influencers, run outreach and follow-up, and make sure they publish. This is a relationship- and ops-heavy role. It is distinct from our Social Media Marketer, who owns Reacher's content calendar and organic social. Reacher is an AI-powered TikTok Shop affiliate platform trusted by 3,000+ brands, and the goal is to grow reach through creators who already talk about TikTok Shop tools, not only through our own content.
What you'll doFind and recruit YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok Shop creators and industry influencers to make content about Reacher
Run outreach and follow-up until creators actually publish
Negotiate deals and manage payment and partnership operations
Build a roster of affiliates and creators who already cover TikTok Shop tools
Track deliverables, live dates, and whether each partnership produced content
Work with marketing so creator content reaches brand and creator audiences, without owning the social calendar
Experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnership management
Comfort with high-volume outreach, follow-up, and relationship management
Strong ops: you can track deals, payments, and whether content went live
Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem
Comfort working fast in a startup and doing the work yourself
Existing relationships with creators who cover TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or SaaS tools
Experience running both brand-side and creator-side affiliate programs
Based in or open to Los Angeles, New York, or London
Skills Required
- Experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnership management
- Comfort with high-volume outreach, follow-up, and relationship management
- Strong operational skills for tracking deals, payments, and live content
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a startup environment
- Existing relationships with creators covering TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or SaaS tools
- Experience running both brand-side and creator-side affiliate programs
- Based in or open to Los Angeles, New York, or London
