Summary:
Cadmium is looking for a motivated and data-driven Human Resources Manager that will own the day-to-day People operations for a global team of employees across the US, Canada, and India. This role will provide daily support including HRIS accuracy, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, recruiting, and employee relations. This role will require up to 15% travel. 
    
Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Operations and HRIS:
•    Own the maintenance of HRIS data including employee data, job and pay changes, reporting, and audits
•    Maintain reports on headcount, turnover, and compliance
•    Keep HR SOPs, forms, templates, intranet, and the employee handbook current
•    Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.
•    Support audits, policy updates, and document requests, keeping personnel files organized and confidential

Payroll and Benefits Administration:
•    Provide accurate, on-time payroll inputs to the payroll team every cycle
•    Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, and 401(k) programs, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and carrier and vendor integrations
•    Lead annual open enrollment logistics and employee communications
•    Own leaves of absence administration, COBRA, and benefits questions

Onboarding and Offboarding
•    Own the onboarding workflow, from offer acceptance to employee’s first day.
•    Coordinate E-Verify, I-9s, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment
•    Manage offboarding end to end, including exit interviews, final pay inputs, benefits termination, and system access removal

Talent Acquisition
•    Manage requisition approvals, job postings, and the applicant tracking workflow
•    Conduct HR phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring team.
•    Prepare offer letters and pre-onboarding documentation. 

Employee Experience and Performance
•    Lead employment-related inquiries from employees and management
•    Support leaders through coaching conversations, progressive discipline, and documentation
•    Run the performance review cycle, including timelines, reminders, and tracking.
•    Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
•    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. You will partner with an HR Manager and Specialist located in India. 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
•    4+ years of Human Resource experience preferred.
•    3+ years of payroll, benefits, and LOA administration experience
•    Paycom HRIS experience preferred.
•    ICHRA (CHOICE) Benefit experience preferred. 
•    Preferred candidate lives on East Coast and works east coast time zone. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
•     SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
