INTERNSHIP SCOPE
We're looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across a broad and hands-on scope: recruitment, onboarding, internal/external communications, employer branding, and people analytics. This is an excellent opportunity to build well-rounded HR experience within a regulated manufacturing environment, working across both operational and administrative employee populations.
EXPOSURE TO THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support candidate sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling
- Help prepare and update job descriptions and recruitment marketing content
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including materials and welcome communications
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction
Communications & Social Media
- Draft and coordinate internal communications (email, Teams, boards) for operational and administrative staff, in both Spanish and English
- Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across channels
- Assist with internal engagement initiatives and HR event coordination
People Analytics
- Support headcount, turnover, and attrition tracking using Excel
- Help maintain HR data trackers
- Assist with basic analysis for pulse surveys and other internal data collection efforts
- Support reporting requests from the HR team
Administrative Assistant
- Organize and maintain HR files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and coordinate calendars for the HR team
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and routine reports
- Support day-to-day office and administrative needs of the HR department
- Assist with data entry and upkeep of employee records in HR systems
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Intermediate-advanced English level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic data organization) and Microsoft Office generally
- Comfortable using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for professional/branding purposes
- Interest in a generalist HR career path spanning recruitment, communications, analytics, and administration
