We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with a strong interest in learning and development to support our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions, possess exceptional communication skills and be capable of building relationships across the organization.

This position plays a hands-on role in coordinating trainings, supporting facilitators, and helping develop employees through meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs
  • Facilitates and co facilitates training sessions for employees at various levels
  • Prepares training materials, presentations, and resources
  • Helps manage learning calendars, attendance, and training logistics
  • Builds strong working relationships with employees, managers, and facilitators
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with groups both in person and virtually
  • Tracks participation, feedback, and basic training metrics
  • Supports other HR initiatives as needed, including onboarding and employee surveys

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in learning and development, training, or employee growth
  • Ability to present to groups and speak eloquently in front of large audiences
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: able to build credibility and develop strong relationships
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in Human Resources, especially training and development, is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years of HR Experience

The salary range listed below is for this particular job posting.  Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location.
