Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating job offers
- Provide candidates with timely, professional support throughout the recruitment and hiring process
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and respond to employees’ human resources questions
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and assist with regulatory and policy compliance
- Maintain human resources intranet content and help develop clear, timely employee communications
- Support employee recognition, benefits, and wellness initiatives
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year accredited college or university, and/or 3–5 years of experience in human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in human resources is required
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
