We are looking for a high-energy, curious and data-driven HR professional to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR Operations, Employee Experience, HR Analytics, Payroll, Compliance and Global Mobility, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong and future-ready HR career.
You will work closely with employees, HR, Finance and business stakeholders while using data, technology, AI and automation to make HR processes smarter and more efficient.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
- Support payroll, reimbursements and HR-related employee queries.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HRMS records.
- Support internal and external HR audits and compliance activities.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Analyse HR data and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, retention, engagement and other HR metrics.
- Build HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Support global immigration / work visa processes for international employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, AI and digital tools.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to continuously improve the employee experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Analytics.
- MBA / PG in HR or equivalent.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.
- Exposure to Power BI and HR analytics.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new HR technology, AI and automation tools.
- Exposure to global mobility/immigration will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Analytics
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Exposure to Power BI and HR analytics
