We are looking for an SAP HR Consultant with 2–5 years of experience in HR Mini Master, CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet), and SAP implementation/support projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes, configuration, testing, and coordination with business and technical teams.
- Work on SAP HR Mini Master and CATS configuration and support.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Handle employee master data, time recording, attendance, and related HR processes.
- Support SAP HR/HCM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Work on integration between SAP HCM/HR, CATS, Payroll, and Finance.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, validation, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Analyze and resolve production issues within agreed timelines.
- Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and other SAP functional teams.
- SAP HCM/SAP HR certification
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll
- Experience with HR data migration and testing
- Exposure to SuccessFactors integration
