About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and build scalable people systems that support our growing organization. This role combines strategic HR planning with hands-on execution across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You will work directly with leadership to shape culture, strengthen people capabilities, and ensure a productive, positive, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
· Drive employee engagement, communication, and grievance resolution.
· Manage performance cycles, goal setting, OKRs, and L&D initiatives.
· Oversee HR operations: HRIS, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance.
· Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and people processes.
· Track HR metrics (hiring, attrition, performance, engagement) and report insights.
· Strengthen culture and support managers with people management and team development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
· 5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and performance systems.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
· High proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
· Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
· Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Skills Required
