We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in corporate recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Assist in candidate engagement, offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Support campus hiring, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Skills Required
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and build a career in talent acquisition and human resources
