HR Generalist Internship

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team at Headquarters. This 6 months internship offers a broad exposure to HR activities and is a great opportunity for a Master’s student (M1 or M2) seeking hands-on experience in both operational and corporate HR functions. You will work closely with the Headquarters HR team as well as the Corporate HR teams, including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.

As an HR Generalist Intern, you will support the HR teams in a wide range of activities, including:

· Assisting the HQ HR team in day-to-day HR operations

· Supporting Corporate HR projects (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, HR

Analytics)

· Participating in HR reporting and data analysis

· Contributing to HR process improvement initiatives

· Supporting the early stages of the recruitment process, including CV screening and candidate pre-

selection, coordination of interviews and updating recruitment tracking tools

· Assisting with various HR administrative tasks and documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong interest in generalist HR and corporate HR topics

• Good analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working with HR data and digital tools

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken
